Spiritual Direction
Individual Spiritual Direction
Spiritual direction is delivered in a series of one-on-one sessions. A spiritual director works to discern the work of the Holy Spirit in the life of the believer. This practice fosters your ability to recognize and respond to God, especially amidst distracting, stressful, and difficult life situations. Spiritual direction is a vital practice to fuel your spiritual journey–helping you to be in-step with God at work in and through you.
Spiritual Direction Cohort
Learn to discern the work of the Holy Spirit in one another’s lives by participating in a guided spiritual direction cohort. Through teaching and coaching, you’ll gain a unique perspective both as a participant and observer to recognize God’s Spirit at work in your life and the life of others in a group setting. This practice fosters the practice of spiritual direction knowledge and skills, helping the participants to integrate the practice of spiritual direction in other areas of their life and ministry. Cohorts typically last six months.
